1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Registration and Security

Changes to your mobile number, email address, or residential address must be updated in your account settings. Failure to maintain current contact information may result in communication failures and account access issues.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

4.1 Deposits

All deposits to your fb012 account must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. fb012 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other major Philippine banks), and other approved payment channels. The minimum deposit amount is One Hundred Philippine Pesos (PHP 100.00). Deposits are typically processed instantly, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests must be made to the same payment method used for deposit, or to an account registered in your name. The minimum withdrawal amount is Two Hundred Philippine Pesos (PHP 200.00). Withdrawals are typically processed within ten (10) minutes for GCash and PayMaya, and within twenty-four (24) to forty-eight (48) hours for bank transfers, subject to successful account verification and compliance with all terms.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

fb012 maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) policies in compliance with Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. All deposits must be wagered at least one (1) time before withdrawal is permitted. fb012 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on accounts showing irregular transaction patterns, and to report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.

4.4 Fees and Charges

8. Account Suspension and Termination

8.2 Voluntary Account Closure

8.3 Dormant Accounts

Accounts with no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months will be classified as dormant. fb012 reserves the right to charge a monthly dormancy fee of Two Hundred Philippine Pesos (PHP 200.00) on dormant accounts until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.

9. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

We provide tools to help you manage your gaming activity, including deposit limits, time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. 9.2 Deposit Limits

You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account. Once set, deposit limits take effect immediately and can only be increased after a seven (7) day cooling-off period. Decreases to deposit limits take effect immediately.

9.3 Self-Exclusion

If you believe you may have a gambling problem, you may request self-exclusion for periods of six (6) months, one (1) year, or permanently. During self-exclusion, you will not be able to access your account or place bets. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the exclusion period. 13. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Your continued use of the Platform after changes have been implemented constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
